Wednesday Wisdom

A Spaghetti Dinner is served on Wednesday, April 10, from 5:45-6:15pm with the program from 6:30-7:30pm. Fellowship’s own Hubert Lathan will speak to the gathered group about hiking.

Saturday Something: Let’s Go for a Hike!

Gather at the church at 9am to travel to Haw River State Park for a Level One hike to the Iron Ore Pit and back to the parking lot by another path. Participants will be done by noon.

Opportunities for learning take place after worship for all ages with three classes taking place: Preschool (3 years – kindergarten), Younger Elementary (1st-5th grade), and Adults. We hope you come for worship and stay for learning, no matter your age.

 A Matthew 25 Sermon Series 

Fellowship Presbyterian Church is proud to be a Matthew 25 Congregation. An initiative from the PC(USA)’s Presbyterian Mission Agency and Matthew 25:31-46, the church strives to dismantle structural racism, build congregational vitality, and eradicate systemic poverty. It has been a few years since the church decided to become a Matthew 25 congregation. These three weeks serve as a reminder of what that means – think of it as a refresher course!

Book Club

Participants gather on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm, via Zoom, to discuss a popular title from the New York Times best seller list.

Brunch Buddies

Children up to 5th grade and their caregivers are invited to the playground and Fellowship Hall on the first Saturday of the month for a time to play while the caregivers chat. Activities for all ages and stages; light refreshments are provided. This is an event that takes place no matter the weather – if it’s raining or too cold, the event will take place inside in the Fellowship Hall, from 10-11:30am.

Food Drive

The monthly Food Drive will take place after worship until noon. Members of the Mission Ministry Team will be present to collect any nonperishable foods that they will deliver to Greensboro Urban Ministry on your behalf.
