About Us

What we believe

Fellowship Presbyterian Church is a member of the Presbyterian Church (USA)
“Fellowship” is more than a word in a name. Fellowship is a primary activity of this Christian faith community that seeks to care, spiritually connect, and join together in the common goal of living the Good News of Christ’s love and compassion in today’s world.

Through the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, we trust in the one Triune God.

God comes to us in free and undeserved favor in the person of Jesus Christ who lived, died and rose for us that we might belong to God and serve Christ in the world. Following Jesus, Presbyterians are engaged in the world and in seeking thoughtful solutions to the challenges of our time.
Presbyterians affirm that God comes to us with grace and love in the person of Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose for us so that we might have eternal and abundant life in him.

As Christ’s disciples, called to ministry in Christ’s name, we seek to continue his mission of teaching the truth, feeding the hungry, healing the broken, and welcoming strangers.

God sends the Holy Spirit to dwell within us, giving us the energy, intelligence, imagination, and love to be Christ’s faithful disciples in the world.

We believe in the Sacraments of Baptism and Communion (The Lord’s Supper) as instituted by God and commanded by Christ. Sacraments are signs of the real presence and power of Christ in the Church – symbols of God’s action.

Our Pastor

Rev. Dr. Kathryn Campbell became a part of the Fellowship Presbyterian Church Family in June 2020. Prior to coming to Fellowship, Pastor Kathryn served as Associate Pastor at Starmount Presbyterian Church, Greensboro, NC for over ten years.

During her tenure, she worked in many areas of the church’s life including worship leadership, preaching, pastoral care, planning fellowship activities, working closely with their preschool, and developing programming for all areas of Christian Education (from birth through adults).

She brings those experiences to Fellowship and is excited to share in this congregation’s mission and ministry.

Rev. Dr. Campbell provides service to the greater church through her work on the Committee on Preparation for Ministry in Salem Presbytery, as well as serving as President-Elect of the Association of Partners in Christian Education (APCE).

When she is not serving as our pastor, she spends time with her husband, Austin, and their two children – Avis and Archer.

Pastor Kathryn also enjoys being able to be with her friends and family, spending time in the kitchen, listening to music, and working out.
